How the Cross Applies To You

The person and work of Jesus is truly wonderful, His every aspect beautiful, His every act perfect. Yet, all this means nothing at all, if your only response is to nod your head and say, “Yes, that’s really great”.

Dear friend, Christ, and His finished work will only be meaningful to you, if you make the decision to accept Him. All the work has been done, and all the sacrifices have been made, all that remains for you to do is to accept this gift which redeems you and restores you to the sweet fellowship with Him and God.

Here's how the Cross applies to you:

By accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you are not only saved from sin and hell, but also given His position as the beloved child of God. This in turn allows God to bless you with every blessing on Earth and in Heaven. Health, Joy, Peace, Favor, Prosperity, and an Abundant Life, all these blessings and more belong to you.

If you like to accept Jesus and all that He has done for you, say this prayer, and mean it from the heart:

Lord Jesus, thank You for loving me and dying for me on the cross. Your precious blood washes me clean of every sin. You are my Lord, my Savior and my God now and forever. I believe that You rose from the dead, and that You are alive today. God, You are my Father and I am Your child because of Jesus. Thank You for filling my heart with Your peace and joy. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
